Been wanting to improve your chess skills but haven’t found the time? Bring the whole family to learn more about the game and get free lessons from real instructors at Arts, Culture, & Fun: Chess, Cheese, and Tea on 27 January. The festivities will take place at St. John’s Recreation Center, 1251 Prospect Place from 6 to 9pm and I’m going to guess there will be cheese and tea too–though I’m not making any promises.
