The billionaire businessman has finalized a deal the will create a partnership for the development of the much maligned Atlantic Yards project and the Barclays Center. This comes on the heels of the Nets owner Forest City Ratner announcement that a whopping $511 million in tax-free bonds were sold for the arena.
