Oh BoCoCa, I’ve found something I just can’t stop thinking about. Something cheesy, creamy, a little spicy, and the perfect gateway to the coming weekend. It’s Stinky Brooklyn‘s (215 Smith St.) Pimento Cheese Spread and my newest obsession. A cream cheese base swirled with mayo and spiked with shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder and chopped red pimentos, you might want to stock up on this crowd pleasing dip–because there’s a chance I may be spreading the bulk of it right onto my thighs.
Oh, and it comes with jalapenos too, just in case you want an extra kick.
